Job Summary
To shape future health care leaders, the part-time Adjunct Nursing Leadership and Interprofessional Collaboration Instructor will deliver high-quality online instruction, maintain compliance with accreditation standards, and facilitate meaningful discussions while modeling the holistic tenets of the nursing profession.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies
- Facilitate classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care
- Support program initiatives and demonstrate alignment with the philosophy and direction of the University
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline from an accredited university
- Active, current, unencumbered RN license with three or more years of direct patient care nursing experience
- Relevant work experience in nursing leadership or nursing management preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students
- Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
