Job Summary
Seeking experienced nurse scholars, the part-time RN Licensed Nursing PhD Faculty will teach and mentor doctoral students in a fully online PhD in Nursing program, utilizing their expertise while working remotely and managing their own schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Teach assigned courses using the Canvas learning management system and engage with students in the online classroom
- Mentor doctoral students and serve on dissertation committees, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey
- Maintain active participation in the academic community through research, scholarship, and professional development activities
Required qualifications:
- PhD in Nursing or a closely related discipline with strong research methods expertise
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S
- Experience teaching online in a master's or doctoral nursing program
- Experience serving on dissertation committees
- Demonstrated program of scholarship, including publications and research presentations
