Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Health QA Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the review of Physician reports and medical records for accuracy and completeness
• Supervise QA staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure timely processing of files
• Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and process

Required Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
