RN Licensed Senior Auditor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Clinical Validation Auditors, the full-time RN Licensed Senior Auditor will supervise audit processes, ensure quality outcomes, and optimize team performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the audit team to produce quality outcomes and well-written findings based on national standards
• Handles training, performance optimization, and process improvements for team members while monitoring productivity and quality deliverables
• Collaborates with management on employee relations and performance management, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Active RN License in state of residence
• 2+ years of prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• 5+ years of related experience in auditing, particularly in Place of Service, Short Stay, and Readmission audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
