RN Manager of Clinical Operations
Job Summary
To support and optimize telehealth programs nationwide, the full-time RN Manager of Clinical Operations will lead implementation initiatives, drive quality improvement efforts, and ensure operational success for hospital partners in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage telehealth implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating communication between internal teams and hospital stakeholders
- Monitor clinical quality metrics, identify operational issues, and collaborate with physician leads on quality initiatives and performance improvement opportunities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clinicians and hospital partners, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support for program utilization
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably within a stroke or neurology program
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience overseeing clinical or operational staff
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies
