RN Medical Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist I - Nurse, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and medical information in response to inquiries regarding pharmaceutical or device products
• Analyze and document interactions according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
• Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints, providing follow-up support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent relevant qualification
• Active RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) equivalency required
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience required
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, primarily supporting evening hours and after-hours on-call assistance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
