Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Clinical Compliance Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct operational, compliance, and regulatory audits
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to compliance and quality improvement committees
• Develop and revise audit tools and clinical policies to ensure regulatory alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with a minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience
• RN license required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing practices
• Thorough understanding of risk and compliance management programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical documentation systems
