RN Neurology Case Manager

Job Summary

Providing high-touch telephonic support, the remote RN Neurology Case Manager will engage with patients prescribed complex neurological therapies, offering personalized education and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic and virtual support through various communication channels to patients and caregivers
• Deliver individualized education about treatment and therapy, fostering trust and rapport with patients
• Collaborate with Field Nurse Educators and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to therapy adherence

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing with patient education experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a pharmaceutical company
• Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
• Background in neurological conditions and/or rare diseases
• Strong clinical skills and experience with medication compliance and motivational interviewing
