Focusing on hiring RN New Grad roles, the full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruitment strategies, execute talent acquisition initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience, with the opportunity for remote work in select states.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Utilizes various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates

Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting or coordinating programs for new graduate RNs or early career talent
