Job Summary
Providing ongoing telephonic and virtual support, the part-time RN Nurse Case Manager will engage with patients prescribed complex neurological therapies, delivering personalized education and fostering relationships to enhance their therapy journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and omnichannel support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts
- Educate patients and caregivers about treatment options while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
- Identify barriers to therapy adherence and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support patient confidence and engagement
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing with experience in patient education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a pharmaceutical company
- Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
- Background in neurological conditions and/or rare diseases
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance patient experience
