RN Nurse Manager
Job Summary
Leading a remote clinical support team, the full-time RN Nurse Manager will oversee day-to-day performance, ensure exceptional patient service, and support provider workflows while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of clinical support staff, conducting performance check-ins and formal coaching sessions
- Ensure delivery of outstanding patient support and manage escalations to resolve concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and training for new team members while maintaining SOPs and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or equivalent leadership experience
- Proven experience managing a team with at least 10+ direct reports
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others
- Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms
