RN Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts in healthcare, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform remote quality reviews of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards while maintaining exceptional report quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Active RN/LPN nursing license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations
