RN Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct staged chart audits for new providers and deliver feedback
• Lead and optimize the peer review process and ensure compliance audits
• Monitor provider-specific trends and generate monthly QA reports

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required (multi-state licensure preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance role
• Experience in behavioral health, telehealth, or ambulatory care preferred
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing QA teams or peer review programs preferred
