RN Quality Assurance Team Lead

Job Summary

As a frontline people manager, the remote RN Quality Assurance Team Lead will oversee a team of RN quality reviewers, manage quality audits, analyze clinical trends, and support the Quality Manager in enhancing the quality of care delivered by the nursing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of RN quality reviewers, overseeing workload and providing coaching and feedback
• Identify and report on clinical quality trends by analyzing chart audit findings and quality data
• Collect, organize, and maintain quality audit data to ensure accurate documentation and real-time visibility into team performance

Required qualifications

• Active RN licensure with 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology or care management
• Experience in a quality assurance, audit, or compliance role, with knowledge of clinical quality programs
• People management or team lead experience, with a track record of supervising and coaching team members
• Strong data collection and trend identification skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Clear, structured communication skills to effectively convey clinical audit findings to various stakeholders
