RN Quality Manager

Job Summary

As a remote, full-time RN Quality Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the patient safety and clinical risk program, ensuring safety events are identified and translated into care improvements while supporting clinical quality initiatives and accreditation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the patient safety program, including event review, escalation, and remediation
• Support clinical quality measures and NCQA accreditation readiness, including conducting audits and facilitating investigations
• Monitor safety metrics and prepare reports for leadership to drive continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• 4+ years of experience in clinical care, healthcare quality, or patient safety
• Experience in conducting structured investigations and translating findings into actionable improvements
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Excel and familiarity with EHR and reporting tools
