Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Development Lead to drive sustainable growth and value creation through strategic revenue generation and enterprise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Product Team
  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise growth strategy focused on clinically aligned solutions
  • Drive revenue generation by identifying and closing new business opportunities in healthcare and payer sectors
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, business development, or clinical operations
  • Proven understanding of case management, utilization management workflows, and payer operations is required
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise-level growth strategies
