RN Supervisor - Care Management

Job Summary

To support Care Management programs, the temporary, fully remote RN Supervisor - Care Management will oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Care Coaches, focusing on operational performance, quality outcomes, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, manage performance evaluations, and develop action plans for underperforming associates
• Foster employee development through onboarding, mentoring, and individual development plans while promoting a collaborative team culture

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience
• At least one (1) year of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, care management, or a contact center environment
• Preferred experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or managed care populations
