Job Summary
Leading a team of Registered Nurses and Care Coaches, the temporary full-time RN Supervisor - Care Management will oversee daily operations, drive performance metrics, and ensure compliance while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of escalation for team issues and member concerns
- Monitor and manage performance metrics, conducting regular coaching and performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to care management workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience
- At least one year of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- Experience in healthcare operations, care management, or a contact center environment
- Preferred experience with Medicare Advantage or managed care populations
