RN Supervisor LTSS Utilization Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Long Term Services & Support Utilization Management Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the LTSS Review UM Department, including service authorization and coordination
• Provide clinical, technical, and operational support to staff while monitoring work assignments and productivity
• Conduct training and orientation programs for staff, and participate in quality audits and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Unrestricted, current RN license required
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
