RN Telehealth Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Consult Team RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow up with patients to monitor health metrics and provide guidance on lifestyle changes
• Review test results with patients and educate them on conditions and follow-up care

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in a state within the Nurse Licensure Compact
• Strong clinical knowledge related to the aging adult population and healthy practices
• Experience in prevention, health coaching, fitness, or nutrition is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Availability during standard business hours with flexible scheduling across time zones
