Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate effective recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Assess recovery progress through interviews with disabled persons and adjust case goals as necessary
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • Reliable internet access for remote work
