Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RN Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and injured individuals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of cases by assessing recovery and advising on treatment plans based on injury types and medical history
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to facilitate early return to work and modify job duties as necessary
- Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- Reliable internet access for remote work
