RN Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the contract RN Trainer will deliver training for new hires and ongoing education remotely, focusing on coaching, performance feedback, and curriculum enhancement based on client needs and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire and ongoing training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments
• Provide just-in-time coaching and support during nesting and on-the-job training to ensure learners meet performance standards
• Design and deliver refresher and upskilling modules based on client updates and training needs

Required qualifications

• Active RN license with strong clinical judgment and case management expertise
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid program requirements
• Proficiency in training documentation and reporting
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
