RN Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training in both classroom and virtual environments, ensuring readiness for production through coaching and performance feedback while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training sessions
• Deliver just-in-time support and monitor learner progress through performance metrics
• Prepare and submit accurate training documentation and reports in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Current RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and case management expertise
• Experience in coaching and mentoring in a training environment
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid program requirements
• Familiarity with instructional design and curriculum enhancement recommendations
