RN Transfer Center Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transfer Center Specialist RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers between facilities, ensuring timely and appropriate care
• Perform initial admission screenings and maintain compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient flow and address barriers to throughput

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the state of residence
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency or Critical Care
• Must maintain current nursing licensure and comply with continuing education requirements
• Ability to multitask and meet specific typing and internet speed requirements
