RN Triage Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing Clinical Consultation team, two part-time RN Triage Nurses will triage calls to assess patient needs, provide care advice, and facilitate appropriate treatment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply nursing processes to triage calls, assessing and planning appropriate care
• Identify caller needs and recommend interventions, including referrals to healthcare providers
• Document triage data accurately and adhere to quality assurance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active unrestricted RN compact licensure required
• Two years of recent clinical practice experience
• Proficiency in multiple computer applications and screens
