RN Utilization Management Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Clinical Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, onboarding new team members, and monitoring quality
• Act as a resource for clinical issues and provide guidance to staff
• Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the department

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license with multistate/compact licensure privileges
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience in medical healthcare
• 2+ years of managed care experience
• 2+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a managed care setting
• Ability to provide on-call UM coverage for nights and weekends on a rotational schedule
