Roadmap Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Roadmap Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Key Responsibilities

• Apply private-sector technology roadmapping standards to enhance modernization and delivery of Veteran-centric care
• Utilize industry-standard templates for technical visioning, gap analysis, and milestone planning to facilitate digital transformation
• Introduce private-sector innovations to improve the Veteran digital experience and responsiveness of care systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant experience, with 10 years of experience potentially substituting for education
• Experience in modernizing and streamlining roadmaps for critical IT systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Active Directory, and ServiceNow
• Must meet Suitability / Public Trust requirements
