Job Summary
A company is looking for a Roadside Mobile Advantage Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online roadside requests and make outbound calls to customers and service providers
- Ensure customer safety and satisfaction by following established procedures and metrics
- Manage multiple files and navigate various computer programs simultaneously
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
- General knowledge of U.S. and Canada geography

- Ability to work a set schedule on weekends and holidays
