Job Summary

- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
- Document details of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
