Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Roadside Assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document member requests for roadside assistance
  • Counsel members on service provisions and redirect calls as necessary
  • Communicate service conditions and estimated arrival times to members


Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree
  • Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Successful completion of Receive Service Specialist I training required
  • Successful completion of Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (AECR) training required
  • Fluency in English required
