Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Roadside Assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and document member requests for roadside assistance and provide service solutions
- Counsel members on service provisions and redirect calls as necessary
- Advise members of service conditions and communicate pertinent information to public agencies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree
- Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Successful completion of Receive Service Specialist I training required
- Successful completion of Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (AECR) training required
- Fluency in English required
