Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative, the successful candidate will manage incoming calls from members in distress, ensuring their immediate safety while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, documenting details accurately
- Maintain composure and empathy during high-intensity calls while relaying critical information to expedite dispatching
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
