As a remote, full-time Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative, the successful candidate will manage incoming calls from members in distress, ensuring their immediate safety while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, documenting details accurately
  • Maintain composure and empathy during high-intensity calls while relaying critical information to expedite dispatching

Required qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
