- Document member distress details promptly while maintaining a compassionate demeanor
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
