Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative, the candidate will field emergency calls from members in distress, ensuring their immediate safety and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, documenting details accurately
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor while relaying critical information to expedite service dispatch

Required qualifications
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
