Key responsibilities
- Field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
- Understand member distress, ensuring safety, and document details promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process while maintaining a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
