Roadside Assistance Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Roadside Assistance Dispatcher Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to efficiently dispatch roadside assistance nationwide
• Coordinate emergency services such as towing, locksmith support, and fuel delivery
• Monitor active service requests and keep both providers and members informed of status updates

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and/or call center experience
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer and multitasking abilities
• Working knowledge of maps, GPS navigation, and traffic safety guidelines
