Job Summary

Leading a team of Roadside Assistance associates, the full-time Supervisor l, Roadside Assistance Contact Center will manage daily operations, provide coaching and development, and ensure exceptional service and safety for members in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of a team, ensuring timely and safe delivery of roadside assistance services to members
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage staffing to maintain efficient service levels during assigned shifts
  • Conduct coaching sessions and identify training needs to enhance team performance and support membership sales goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 4+ years of high-volume customer service experience, with 2+ years in a call center environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary sales and service licensing within one year of hire
  • Proficient in Windows-based and web-based applications
  • Strong knowledge of geography, routing, and directions
