Job Summary
Leading a team of Roadside Assistance associates, the full-time Supervisor l, Roadside Assistance Contact Center will manage daily operations, provide coaching and development, and ensure exceptional service and safety for members in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of a team, ensuring timely and safe delivery of roadside assistance services to members
- Monitor performance metrics and manage staffing to maintain efficient service levels during assigned shifts
- Conduct coaching sessions and identify training needs to enhance team performance and support membership sales goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of high-volume customer service experience, with 2+ years in a call center environment
- Ability to obtain necessary sales and service licensing within one year of hire
- Proficient in Windows-based and web-based applications
- Strong knowledge of geography, routing, and directions
