Job Summary

Leading a team of Roadside Assistance associates, the full-time Supervisor l, Roadside Assistance Contact Center will manage daily operations, provide coaching and development, and ensure the team meets safety and service goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of timely roadside assistance services and ensure team members handle member interactions with empathy
  • Monitor workload and phone queues to optimize resource utilization and maintain service metrics during assigned shifts
  • Conduct coaching sessions, identify training needs, and manage the performance of 15 to 20 associates
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 4+ years of high-volume customer service experience, with 2+ years in a call center environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary sales and service licensing within 1 year of hire
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based and web-based applications
  • Familiarity with geography, routing, and directions
