Job Summary
Leading a team of Roadside Assistance associates, the full-time Supervisor l, Roadside Assistance Contact Center will manage daily operations, provide coaching and development, and ensure the team meets safety and service goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of timely roadside assistance services and ensure team members handle member interactions with empathy
- Monitor workload and phone queues to optimize resource utilization and maintain service metrics during assigned shifts
- Conduct coaching sessions, identify training needs, and manage the performance of 15 to 20 associates
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of high-volume customer service experience, with 2+ years in a call center environment
- Ability to obtain necessary sales and service licensing within 1 year of hire
- Working knowledge of Windows-based and web-based applications
- Familiarity with geography, routing, and directions
