Roadside Event Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Roadside Event Specialist II will manage day-to-day operations of major events, including high-value repair approvals and customer service interactions, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational needs for major events, including repairs and accidents
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer instructions and repair estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers, and coworkers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or automotive technology
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role with Cox Fleet preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and communication
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
