Job Summary

A company is looking for a Roblox Thumbnail Artist to create engaging visuals for their gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact thumbnails, icons, and key art to enhance player acquisition across Roblox experiences
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Marketing teams to ensure visuals align with project goals
• Stay updated on Roblox trends and optimize thumbnail performance through A/B testing and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital art, 2D and 3D design, or thumbnail creation for gaming or marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails, composition, and storytelling through imagery
• Proficiency in Blender or Maya for rendering, and Photoshop or similar tools for final output
• Familiarity with Roblox Studio and understanding of how thumbnails influence player engagement
• Strong grasp of composition, lighting, visual hierarchy, and color theory
