Robot Wrangler Specialist

Job Summary

To support lab operations and robotics research, the full-time Robot Wrangler Specialist will oversee daily robot setups, maintain hardware and software configurations, and conduct experiments to ensure clean data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily robot setups and operations, ensuring smooth functioning and data integrity
• Collect, retrieve, and label datasets related to robot performance and conduct experiments in a simulation environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic hardware and software, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in a related field
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining robotic systems, preferably in a research environment
• Strong understanding of configuration management for hardware and software systems
• Experience with data collection, cleaning, and labeling for machine learning or robotics datasets
• Familiarity with remote operation and simulation environments such as ROS, Unity, or Gazebo
