Robotic Process Automation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to analyze proposed RPA use cases
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions to document current-state processes and define standardized processes for automation
• Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation user support

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology delivery
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
• Experience documenting business processes and translating requirements into functional specifications
• Familiarity with RPA platforms or automation concepts preferred
