Robotic Process Automation Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions for business and mission support processes
• Develop bots using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring compliance with IT governance and security protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and define automation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in object-oriented software development (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
• Demonstrated experience developing RPA bots using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• Hands-on experience supporting automation initiatives in large-scale, mission-critical federal programs
