Robotics Control Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotics Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control
• Contribute to the development and validation of robotics toolpath planning algorithms
• Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with commissioning and programming industrial robots, focusing on manipulation robotic systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS, Gazebo, and Isaac Sim/Omniverse
• Experience with robotic perception and manipulation algorithms, including path planning and motion control
