Robotics Control Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Robotics Control Engineer, the remote position will focus on developing innovative robotics programming tools and solutions while collaborating with a global team of researchers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software for controlling robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control
• Contribute to the development and validation of robotics toolpath planning algorithms
• Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing to ensure performance

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with commissioning and programming industrial robots, particularly in manipulation systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks
• Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS, Gazebo, and Isaac Sim/Omniverse
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and robotic perception algorithms
