Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Robotics Control Engineer for a remote, full-time position, who will develop software for robotic systems, implement algorithms for perception and control, and integrate hardware and software components to deliver innovative robotics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, focusing on perception, planning, and control algorithms
- Contribute to the development and validation of robotics toolpath planning algorithms
- Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing to ensure performance
Required qualifications
- MS or PhD degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning and programming industrial robots, particularly in manipulation robotic systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks
- Familiarity with robotic simulation tools like ROS, Gazebo, and Isaac Sim/Omniverse
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and robotic perception and manipulation algorithms
