Robotics Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full deployment lifecycle for new retail locations, the contract Robotics Deployment Engineer will manage physical installation, network setup, and digital configuration while working remotely until February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full deployment lifecycle for assigned retail locations, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
• Coordinate remote contractors during physical installations and provide support to field teams
• Build scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual effort

Required qualifications

• Experience in a technical operations, deployment, or field support role in robotics, retail technology, or IoT
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, software, and hardware issues
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience with scripting (Python, bash, or similar) and automation tools
• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
