Job Summary

Robotics Simulation Engineer, a fully remote hourly contract position, is responsible for designing and optimizing high-fidelity physical simulations to enhance robot learning and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robot models with accurate kinematics and dynamics
  • Build and maintain simulation environments using tools like MuJoCo and NVIDIA Isaac Sim
  • Develop and optimize simulation pipelines for robot training and validation
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with major robotics simulators (MuJoCo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, or Gazebo)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++ in a robotics context
  • Understanding of rigid-body dynamics and control theory
  • Experience in creating and validating robot models (URDF, MJCF, or SDF formats)
  • Familiarity with ROS2 and its integration with simulation environments
