Job Summary
To support the development of autonomy software and services for self-driving cars and robots, the full-time Robotics Software Engineer will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on sensor calibration, localization, and motion planning integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced sensor calibration pipelines for various sensors, including LiDAR and cameras
- Build high-performance localization systems and improve performance in GPS-denied environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of localization outputs with motion planning and control systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in robotics, autonomy, or a related domain
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Proven experience with sensor calibration and localization systems
- Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and 3D geometry
